The congress ticket includes

  • Entrance free of charge to the LASER World of PHOTONICS, the World's Leading Trade Fair for Photonics Components, Systems and Applications
  • The forum program in the exhibition halls (Application Panels, exhibitor presentations)


The congress ticket does not include

Public transportation services—please remember that you need a separate MVV ticket for using public transport.

Also not included is the participation in the 14th International Laser Marketplace symposium.

How to purchase your ticket

World of Photonics Congress combines several conferences organized by the leading scientific societies. Whether you want to give a lecture or participate only as a member of audience you get your ticket by registering with one of our conference partners only.

It is not possible to register via the World of Photonics Congress website. The prices for the congress tickets are the same no matter which society you buy them from.

You can register directly on the websites of the conferences. These will open their online registrations in spring 2021.

Registration as a speaker

You have to register for your ticket with the scientific society or conference for whom or at which you are making your presentation. Of course, you can visit all other conferences as a member of audience with your "speaker" ticket.

Registration as a member of audience

You can order your congress ticket with one of our conference partners. If you are a member of one of the scientific societies you are recommended to acquire your ticket from them: for members there is a discount on the ticket price.

You may register and purchase your ticket from any congress partner. Tickets prices are the same at all websites.

You only need to purchase one ticket to the World of Photonics Congress—even if you wish to attend more than one conference.

Collection of congress tickets

You can collect your ticket for the World of Photonics Congress on site at the main west entrance to Munich International Trade Fairs’ exhibition center in Riem.

More information will be available here right in time before the World of Photonics Congress 2021 starts.
